Baan Chai Nam Community and Management
Baan Chai Nam, constructed in 2000, is self managed by the owners committee with day to day estate management services provided by CBRE. Owners vote annually to keep the project in excellent repair undertaking both essential and cosmetic preventative maintenance and repairs such as re-roofing in 2020, pool re-tiling in 2021 and water tank and pumping in 2022. The entire project was repainted within the past 5 years.
A staffed management office is provided for all residents.
